SASDC invites you to the 2nd Unemployment Insurance Fund Webinar
COVID-19 TERS Benefit
The Unemployment Insurance Fund has been giving financial relief to beneficiaries through Temporary Employer/ Employee Relief Scheme (TERS) since 27 March 2020 as a means to alleviate the harsh conditions brought about by shutdown due to COVID-19.
To date, the UIF has paid is over R59 billion to more than 260 000 employers benefiting over 6 million employees. The TERS benefit continues to provide relief to businesses that have been affected by the hard lockdown, with a lot of payments been made retrospectively.
The South African Supplier Diversity Council (SASDC) has partnered with the UIF to bring you the latest information relating to the TERS programme.
All SASDC members and beneficiaries are therefore invited to join the webinar where a UIF expert, Mr Allan Ragavaloo, Director: Provincial Support for the Unemployment Insurance Fund will share information relating to the TERS programme together with all the latest developments.
